My Inner goddnes,, this is a good question,, for she has been lost for many yrs, and it took my husband of 7 yr to bring her out..

I would take her to the wonder of the world and soak in the oils of heavnly waters, and then have the greek manaka hubby massage the most wonders of muscle and make her relax and feed her grapes in betwen,, then the inner goodnes would sleep till all worries disapear..

this is from Steph-in-ne..
and I did try to keep it clean LOL

mmmmm - I'll forego how my husband brings out the Inner Goddess, and discuss how I do it outside the bedroom:
I swim.
No, seriously: after I do a zillion laps and my arms and legs are aching, then I spend about 5 minutes in the sauna, take a nice hot shower, and once I'm dressed, I feel like a MILLION bucks. Suddenly the world is my oyster and nobody can drag me down. GETTING to the gym to do said laps is another story...

I get in touch with my inner goddess through prayer, meditation and yoga. Another way is to spend time at the beach...the shore always brings out my inner goddess :)

If it's food, I would say chocolate.

I like to go for a walk. It may not sound very Goddess like but I get so little time to myself at home that my walks mean a lot to me.

I think the inner goddess in all of us women is an embodiment of the beauty that is inside of all of us! I can feel my inner goddess glowing when I'm volunteering for a good cause, working in the garden or sitting on the beach watching the sunset glow a fiery orange after a long, hard day. I believe that eating healthy and exercising helps to keep that inner goddess trim and happy, as well.
