Il Volo ~ CD “We Are Love” Review and Giveaway ends 12/16

Il Volo

Il Volo (English: The Flight) is a trio of Italian operatic pop teenage tenors, consisting of Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto, and Gianluca Ginoble.

In May 2009, three fresh-faced teenagers, Piero Barone (17), Ignazio Boschetto (16), and Gianluca Ginoble (16), appeared on the popular Italian talent show “Ti Lascio Una Canzone” and dazzled television viewers with their flawless rendition of the Neapolitan standard “O Sole Mio.” The boys, who won the competition easily, decided their group needed a name. “Il Volo,” meaning “flight,” was chosen to signify the feeling that these three young tenors were about to spread their wings and fly.

Kylie Minogue's The Abbey Road Sessions

The Abbey Road Sessions is an orchestral album by Australian recording artist Kylie Minogue, released on 24 October 2012 by Parlophone. The album features sixteen tracks, all radically reworked, spanning Minogue's 25 years in the music industry, as well as a new song titled "Flower", which was released as a single to support the album. The album was recorded at London's Abbey Road Studios with Minogue's band and a full orchestra during November 2011

Kylie Ann Minogue, known simply as Kylie, is an Australian singer, recording artist, songwriter, showgirl, and actress. After beginning her career as a child actress on Australian television, she achieved recognition through her role in the television soap opera Neighbours, before commencing her career as a recording artist in 1987. Her first single, "The Loco-Motion", spent seven weeks at number one on the Australian singles chart and became the highest-selling single of the decade. This led to a contract with songwriters and producers Stock, Aitken & Waterman. Her debut album, Kylie (1988), and the single "I Should Be So Lucky", both performed well on international charts, particularly in Australia and the United Kingdom.

For the U.S. promotion of the album, Minogue will perform on Dancing with the Stars on 13 November 2012 and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on 14 November 2012.

I like the CD is upbeat and peppy.
